Sunday Art Makers (SAM)

Whether you want to paint, write, sculpt or experiment: SAM offers a space for curiosity, creativity and collaborative experimentation. On the first Sunday of every month, the Sunday Art Makers invite you to explore contemporary art and express your creativity.

Ebb and Flow is a sensory, movement-based workshop at Klosterruine designed for children aged 7–15 and their families. Taking place within the open-air ruins, the workshop invites participants to explore the site through movement and sensory awareness, uncovering hidden stories embedded within the space. Through guided exercises, participants engage with the atmosphere and memory of the ruins, reflecting on how bodies can connect with, sense, and remember a place. Inspired by Nazanin Noori’s current site-specific installation, BEHOLD GOD IN ALL THAT EXISTS IN HIS NAME, the workshop creates a sensory dialogue with the spatial and historical layers of Klosterruine, encouraging participants to listen deeply, respond creatively, and experience the environment collectively.

rezzan gümgüm is a Berlin-based artist and art educator working across performance, installation, video, and interdisciplinary practices. She holds a BA and MA in Art Education from Gazi University and a Ph.D. in Painting from Hacettepe University. She also studied at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Macerata and Complutense University of Madrid.
